Project Update 10/14/08
1.) Work is going well as I am learning all of the ins and outs of Blender. Coming from a Rhino/Adobe background, Blender is far from intuitive piece of software.
2.) Last week I finished a poster design for an improvisational dance/theater/music performance at the University of Michigan. The show was spectacular! We are working on organizing another performance, which would be followed by ‘Biquadratic A’ live screen-printing performance. I am working on adapting the design for T-Shirts.
Here is the poster:
3.) Two years ago I first considered making my own clothes, now I am giving it a shot. I made a pattern, chose fabrics, and started sewing a vest for myself. It has a few issues I still need to figure out how to fix, but otherwise it is almost done.
Here is a detail from the inside edge:
4.) I am about to start a new project; making wings for an angel costume in the play ‘Marisol‘ by Jose Rivera. I will try to post frequently as I move forward on this project.
